These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and hugph governing your access to and use of the hugph platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each player is permitted to hold only one hugph account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You must notify hugph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
hugph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
hugph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the hugph cashier page and may vary by payment method. hugph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
hugph targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are targeted for completion within the same Philippine business day. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing times may be affected by payment provider delays outside hugph's control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. hugph reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal limits and will notify players of any changes via the cashier page.
hugph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, hugph may freeze the relevant account pending investigation and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
hugph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all hugph bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Wagering on games with a Return to Player (RTP) above 96% may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — this will be clearly stated where applicable.
hugph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, and any other conduct that hugph determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute an attempt to exploit promotional offers. hugph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not been withdrawn within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your account balance. hugph is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was credited.
All games available on hugph — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, keno, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
hugph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios. hugph publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
hugph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault that materially affected the game outcome.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any hugph content without prior written authorization from hugph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hugph's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hugph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if hugph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit hugph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
hugph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hugph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
Players may voluntarily close their hugph account at any time by contacting hugph support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
hugph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at hugph.net/privacy-policy. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact hugph support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. hugph will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 Philippine business days.
Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a game or a technical malfunction, hugph's decision — made in good faith and based on available technical records — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.
hugph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — hugph will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and via a notice posted on the Platform.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates required by regulatory changes) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the hugph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact hugph support to close your account.
